I know they already started writing books about Judge Barrasse & the corruption within Scranton "Like-they-wanna" Lackawanna, Pennsylvania, but I still can't believe the Political & Judicial corruption continues, I will use this fine city, New York City. In NYC no respectful, or even senile judge would be one of the share holders of an ankle bracelett company that supplies the same individuals on Drug Court in the same State.....NEVER MIND COUNTY! Then the former boss of the District Attorney's office, is now the judge who oversees DRUG COURT and decides who and how long someone is on the bracelet and profits from each forced fan of his circus. Take a guess who????? The HONORABLE JUDGE BARRASSE!!! Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest in any other county??? I believe it is ONLY $75.00 weekly in a town where the average income in almost at POVERTY LEVEL. I mean he is only one of a long line of crooks in Scranton. What about the PRISON SCANDAL? How about when then DA, had wife purchased a high end car at a confiscation auction? Drug Enforcement Cops BUSTED stealing Drugs and CASH...........Only PROBATION??? I ask any Attorney, Judge, or Police Officer, would this be allowed in your city? The ONLY Attorney who can get you a "good deal" is a Judge's nephew! What about all the SNITCHES? I didn't mean to get off topic but this amazes me. HMMM! Now don't get me wrong there are a whole bunch of STAND UP GUYS BUT most are in prison to corrupt convicted cops and one of the crooked Judges. Lets see if we can name a few who got arrested over and over and might be behind you in a store buying smokes. Please feel free to add, now I have personally seen their pleas or Proffers from the FEDS. ONLY ADD Rats you can prove are so.

This guy just sentenced my wife 2 to 4 years . After she served 7 months for a few misdemenors hes a racist for sure.
ReplyDeleteI was sentenced to drug court RIP program I did total 9 month house arrest and 68 day work release and got in trouble for smoking weed. got revoked and resentenced and send me upstate to Muncy and I never got credit for the time in house arrest and work release and had paid it all in full. he kept my money and my time.on my misdemeanors charges. this is a cases from 2010, I won't be done till 2014 Thats 4 years on a sentence he made good money on. so many people on his program he has done this to. he is also part of the prison board.
ReplyDeleteTry being sentenced to 12 1/2 months to 5 years on a drug charge that has no sales,no ci's, no surveilance, no marked money, no recorded phone conversations. There was no probable cause. Yet i was sentenced anyway the judge even asked the da why i was there but sentenced me anyway. Thats lackawanna county courthouse for ya.

ReplyDeleteI was sentence to 10-40 years for charges I never done. I lost most of my family members while incarcerated.i missed out on how to become a man and had to learn how to be an inmate. I now suffer from pts because of it. I had to adjust to a life of prison instead of society. I never had drugs on me. Went to trial no one said these drugs was mine. I am inosent now as I was then. Because of my inosence I went to trial believing in the justice system that would set me free. About nine months later Trish Corbet sentence me to 10-40 years if that's not insane then the same judge gives a few guys 3 years for murdering someone. So turns out that you can kill and get less time then being charged for drugs. And the detective on the case robbi Robert mazzonni a well known p.o.s non credible cop that gets fired.smh lies on the stand several times. So sad ppl.

I don't know about your case or where you are on appeal? There is soooo much corruption in "Like-they-wanna" county I would need an entire firm of 50 attorneys to even begin. ReplyDeleteI don't know if anyone can help me. I am dealing with the corrupt judge Michael J Barrasse. My husband is in jail for a second violation of probation. He was sentenced 2-21-23 For twenty four months with ten months already served. Which is a very harsh punishment for A violation of probation I think. My husband has a very serious Cardiac condition an upper respiratory condition and is getting worse and worse by the day in jail. The jail is not taken care of hymmetically and is not meeting. Is not Meeting his medical needs. They tell him they will take care of him how they feel is medically necessary and treat him how they feel is medically necessary and treat him how they feel Is medically necessary Not what his doctor thinks. They won't give him the proper medicines to keep him. Well they won't give him the proper treatment or anything. I had to write to the senators governor commissioners and house representatives Just to even get the jail to bring him to the Er To get him the care he needed. Since March 24th he has been in the hospital 5 times. He has been recessitated once. My husband is getting sicker and sicker by the day in jail and no one cares no one is doing anything about it. My lawyer put in house arrest a month ago to judge Barrasse for his medical condition to serve the remainder of his sentence. We still have yet to hear back. Yet the judge 2 and a 1/2 Weeks ago let out a pedophile who was sentenced for 5 Years in jail only after six months of serving on house arrest for the remainder of his sentence. How sick is he? My husband is suffering and dying in jail and this judge Is letting out pedophiles. I am pissed off! I hit him fighting a no win battle since February. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do I need help.

I can write for an hour giving you my horror story with this guy. But I digress. I put it behind me. It took years away from my life. And years off the end of my life from all the stress of being falsely charged with a crime and fighting a no win senario with this guy. I had to come to the realization that life is short. But the afterlife is for ever. And I am 100% convinced that he will go to hell for what he has done to so many people. And families of these good people. He is usually the only criminal in his courtroom. Other than his bailiff who is also nothing but a criminal.
ReplyDeleteAnyway. Yeah he works for the feds. They allowed him to continue his reign of terror in exchange for doing what snitches do. Stamp there name on whatever their handlers tell them to. Personally I think it has a lot to do with using him as the inside man when it comes to their corruption charges every few years. Ironic I know. Sad and sick is more accurate. But just like using a drug addict to take out dealers. They use the corruption king to get others for corruption. And Lackawanna area is a big part of the presidential elections. And the feds love being able to control the narrative. And everything else they can for that matter. I am sorry to say he will do whatever he needs to to get whatever results he desires. From throwing you in a cell for weeks till you crack. To rigging juries to convict no matter what comes to light.
I am truly sorry to anyone who has the misfortune of being in his court.
I would and really would love to tell my story. But I am a free man again after years of torture. All orchestrated by him and his cronies. And they still to this day mess with my life in any way possible. So I am afraid to be honest. Never been afraid of anything or anyone. But Mike and his federal backers are no one to f**k with. I pray for anyone caught in his web.
